Exchanged 2007, find all emails older then ...

Hi,

I need two things (exchange 2007):

1) To fined all emails in specific mailbox in range of dates: all emails from "date" to "date", or older then "date". need to generate  report. 

2) need the option to delete those emails in section 1.

need to do it with PowerShell
