Fetching all users from two different OU's in AD through powershell

Hi,

In my ADUC there are two different OU's namely TestOU1 ans SampleOU1.These two OUs are seperate OU's.I want to fetch all the users present in both OU's through powershell command.I am very new to powershell.please help over this.
