I am very new to powershell(only started yesterday)

I downloaded a piece of code which connected via telnet to an IP, which I modified to fit my needs.  It connects fine, but when it asks for password, I want my code to automatically inserts my password, which I specify in my code, then when the telnet menu appears I want to automatically insert menu item 1, and then retrieve the Firmware version of my printer.  We have 500+ printers which I want to do this, so thats why I want this to be automated.

Please help me

See my code below
